I welcome the participants and organizers of the Global Dance Overture international cultural and educational project.
A unique initiative implemented by Kostroma National Ballet embodies a combination of the national cultural diversity and their common fundamental value – respect for traditions and the preservation of the artistic heritage of our ancestors.
The project is a vivid testimony to the most important mission of art – to create a space for mutually respectful dialogue between cultures and to serve as a bridge of friendship and understanding between peoples. I am sure that the project makes an invaluable contribution to strengthening peace and harmony, reminding us that, despite all the differences, we are united by universal human values and the desire to create.
I wish the participants creative inspiration and successful performances, and the audience – true pleasure from meeting real art.
